Race Day Athlete Check-in: From 6:30 am. You will need to show your ticket and a valid form of ID.

RUN 1: 2.5 Laps
RUNS 2-7: 2 and a bit
RUN 8: 2 and a bit until WALL BALL IN
Relay Briefing on site:
At 5:50 PM, send 1 person from your relay team to the transition zone for the Official Relay Technical Briefing on-site.

HYROX TECHNICAL BRIEFING FOR HYROX GLASGOW 2024
PARKING – Hyrox Glasgow
I saw this post on the Hyrox community page and thought it would be very useful to some people.
Glasgow Hyrox – anyone coming to Glasgow who doesn’t know the area.
Parking is free Saturday and Sunday across the road from SEC, the streets are highlighted (kelvinhaugh, Gilbert) in Blue below, you can then use the flyover (red) to walk right to the SEC, it’s next to SWG3 (blue x)
Purple is Kelvinhaugh Park, McTacoss van does the best gyros and is parked there 11 am-6 pm, about a 10-15 min walk from SEC and totally worth it. Also along Argyle Street is an abundance of places to eat and drink (El Jefes, The Brunch Club, The 78 vegan, Hanami, Sano Pizza)

HYROX Glasgow 2023 seen a lot of new PBs and from speaking to a lot of athletes who competed in last year’s event, the feedback was excellent and the layout was one of the best they have experienced, so let’s hope it’s the same this year.
